1. Digital Products / Downloadable Files:

• 1. Once purchased, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• 2. All digital files (projects, plugins, templates) are strictly for personal use only. Public sharing or resale is strictly prohibited.
• 3. Download links remain active for up to 3 months. from the date of purchase. Files must be downloaded within this period.
• 4. Each product can only be downloaded 3 to 5 times per account

2. Software License:

• 1. Access to subscription-based software is valid only upon successful payment. Access will be suspended if the payment is not completed.
• 2. One-time license buyers can access only the version they purchased.
• 3. Upgrade to newer versions may require additional charges.
• 4. One license is valid for activation on a single computer
• 5. License transfers require prior written approval from Edit Point India.

3. Digital Gifts / Designing Services:

• 1. Once the designing work has begun, cancellation or refund is not applicable.
• 2. Based on client feedback, 2 to 3 revisions are allowed. Additional revisions will be chargeable.
• 3. All design elements/files are the intellectual property of EditPoint India.

4. Payments & Invoices:

• 1. All payments must be made 100% in advance.
• 2. If an invoice or GST bill is required, the customer must request it in advance.
• 3. Product delivery will be initiated only after payment confirmation.

5. Subscription Cancellation & No Refund Policy:

• 1. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• 2. If cancellation is requested on or before completion of 6 months from subscription start, the subscription will be terminated immediately upon request, with no further access and no refund.
• 3. If cancellation is requested after 6 months, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, with no refund for unused time.
• 4. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. All fees paid are final.
• 5. By subscribing, users acknowledge and accept this no-refund and cancellation policy..

6. Right to Amend Terms:

Edit Point India reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

7. Human Errors & Technical Issues:

• 1. If there are any pricing or information errors on the website, EditPoint India reserves the right to correct them at any time.
• 2. In case of server issues, download errors, or software glitches, our team will provide full support to resolve them. However, Edit Point India shall not be held liable for unavoidable disruptions.

8. Communication:

We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and send you marketing communications via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice.
