At EditPoint India, we deal primarily in digital products, software licenses, design services, and select physical goods (e.g., printed albums or photo gifts). This policy outlines our shipping and exchange terms for both digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Software, Projects)

• All digital products (templates, projects, plugins, software licenses, presets) are delivered instantly or within 1 to 24 hours via email or user account after successful payment.
• No shipping is required for digital downloads.
• Please ensure your email ID is correctly entered during purchase to receive download/access links without delay.

2. Physical Products (Printed Albums, Gift Items, Frames)

• If you have ordered printed or physical products, shipping will be done via reputed courier services or logistics partners.
• Delivery Time: 5 to 10 working days (depending on location).
• Shipping Charges: May vary based on product type, size, and delivery location. Charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
• Customers will receive tracking information once the product is dispatched.

3. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your physical product has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order ID.
• In case of shipping delays caused by courier services, EditPoint India will coordinate and assist but is not liable for courier company delays.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will resend the item or offer store credit (as per case).

4. Product Damage or Wrong Item

• If the product is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• After verification, we will reprint and resend the item. No additional charge will be taken for genuine issues.
• This policy applies only to physical goods. Digital items are not eligible for physical exchange or re-delivery.

5. No Exchange for Digital Items

• All digital products are non-exchangeable.
• Please review the product description, previews, and system requirements carefully before purchase.
• If there is a technical issue, contact support for resolution.
