At EditPoint India, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Projects, Plugins)

• Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is issued, no cancellation or refund is possible.
• All digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the intangible nature of the products.
• Customers are advised to review product descriptions, previews, or request support before purchasing.

2. Software Licenses (One-Time or Subscription-Based)

• a)Subscription Licenses:
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
  • If a subscription is cancelled within the first 6 months from the start date, it will be terminated immediately, and access to the service will be revoked at that point.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time or remaining days in the billing cycle under any circumstances.
  • If a subscription is cancelled after the 6-month mark, access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No refund is provided for unused days.
• b)One-Time Licenses:
  • Once the license key has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • In the event of a verified and unresolved technical issue, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3. Designing Services / Custom Orders

• Once a custom design or order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds are offered after the design work has started.
• Edits or revisions may be requested as per the agreed terms (usually 2–3 revisions). Extra revisions may incur additional charges.

4. Failed Payments or Duplicate Transactions

• If a payment has been charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
• If the transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway or can be claimed with proper proof.

5. Refund Processing Time

• If a refund is approved (under exceptional cases only), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
